... And the righteous person shall be like a tree planted alongside streams of water:
That is, at the place where water flows to the river; and like a tree whose fruit grows in its season, rather than a tree planted in a dry place such that its fruit do not grow at the right time; like a tree whose leaves do not shrivel because the tree is constantly sourced in water.
And in all he does, he shall prosper; that is, anything planted from this tree will be as successful as the tree.
The moral is that the righteous person develops within an abundance of good, and lacks nothing, and all his descendents shall be like him.
