All of our products can be returned, except paintings.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
If you are not satisfied with an item, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested within 7 days from receipt of the package.
WHERE do items need to be returned to, and how do customers return items?
First, please contact Goood by e-mail at Goood Help to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
When the RMA has been received, please return the item to the address on the RMA in secure packaging, but DO NOT insure it.
SHIPPING for returns?
Returned items must be shipped postage paid.
Upon receipt of the item, if there is no damage, a full refund will be processed less than the shipping charge and a $20 restocking charge.
